Brett T. Conger, Esq.
Senior Associate
Brett Conger is a Senior Associate with Cardenas, Singer & Associates, who concentrates mainly on First Party Property cases, but also assists in the handling of PIP Litigation cases and Personal Injury cases. Mr. Conger graduated from Florida State University with a BA in History and English. He then went on to be a teacher at Miami Christian School where he taught various subjects at both the middle school and high school levels. After eight years of teaching, Mr.Conger enrolled at Saint Thomas University School of Law, from which he obtained his JD in May of 2012, and he was admitted to the Florida Bar in February of 2013, where he remains a member in good standing. While in Law School, Mr. Conger made the Dean’s list repeatedly, served as Marshall of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and engaged in numerous pro bono activities arranged through Saint Thomas Law School.
After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Conger got his start as an attorney at a boutique law firm in Miami where he worked in PIP Litigation, Bodily Injury Litigation, and Family Law. Just prior to joining Cardenas, Singer and Associates, Mr. Conger spent four years at a major Florida insurance defense firm, where his talents were utilized in PIP Litigation.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Conger is both a husband and father. In his limited free time, he enjoys, spending time with friends and family, reading, exercising, playing poker, attending concerts, and cheering on the Miami Hurricanes and New York Giants.
